Our automatic material handling system ensures our compounds are processed with formula Integrity , batch consistency and quality traceability. We can deal with the customer order from 50kg to several container trucks. We have Buss, twin screw, single screw and Knealer equipment . So we can offer flexible processing methods according to the different polymer process demand. We have several pelletizing way as strand cutting, water cutting, underwater cutting . According to our efficient scheduling system, each production line run a complete color cycle. We monitor the color and appearance of compounds during the process, ensuring consistency within and between each batch.
